*** The Accompanying Guest registration fee includes tickets to the Welcome Party and the Convocation with reception and entitles guests to register for tours on a first come-first serve basis. The Exhibits Hall is open to Accompanying Guests except during opening and closing receptions. Only one Accompanying Guest can be registered per regular attendee.

All registrations for the 2013 Annual Conference are processed online.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as payment for registration.

Check:
When registering online, you will be given an on-screen invoice that you can use to remit with your registration payment.

Purchase Order:
We do not accept purchase orders as payment for registration.

Cancellations:
The ARLIS/NA cancellation policy is a full refund minus a $75.00 (USD) administrative fee – for cancellations up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference.

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference must be made in writing to the ARLIS/NA Treasurer, Debbie Barlow Smedstad, dbarlowsmedstad@mfa.org

No refunds will be given for tours or workshops, unless cancelled due to under-subscription.
