The Summer Educational Institute is a joint project of ARLIS/NA and VRAF.
SEI is a joint project of the Art Libraries Society of North America (ARLIS/NA) and the Visual Resources Association (VRA).
Upon completion of the Summer Educational Institute, participants will gain the ability to:

Develop strategic approaches for digital stewardship concepts such as copyright, accessibility, cultural heritage metadata, etc., tailored specifically for digital collections in galleries, libraries, archives, and museums (GLAM institutions).

Apply introductory and ethically sound digital curation and preservation practices to enhance visual material digital collections.

Tailor the digital stewardship lifecycle to accommodate the diverse needs of relevant communities and stakeholders.
SEI is ideal for:
