Policies

• If we can find someone to fill your spot, we will issue a refund minus the transaction fee. For tours that cost $50 or under, a $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund; and for tours that cost over $50, a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

• All tour attendees ages 15 and over must be registered for the conference in order to register for tours.

• When a tour reaches capacity, a wait-list option will be available at no charge. 

  • Notifications for openings will be emailed in the order each person was added to the wait-list. 
  • If you are emailed that a spot has opened, you will have 48 hours to register and pay, or the next person on the wait-list will be notified.
